A Refined Coastal Retreat in Saint-Tropez
This 75 m² apartment was fully reimagined to become a high-end pied-à-terre, designed as a refined and functional secondary residence.
The client’s vision was to entirely reorganize the layout, creating two independent suites, each inspired by the luxury and comfort of upscale hotels, with a strong focus on privacy, ease of circulation, and elegant simplicity.
From the entrance, the apartment opens into an open-plan space combining the hallway, kitchen, and living room in a seamless flow leading to a spacious sea-view terrace.
The decorative palette, built around soft green tones, evokes the surrounding Mediterranean nature and the soothing spirit of the seaside.
The two bedrooms, set apart from each other, each feature a private en-suite bathroom, and reflect a refined, minimalist atmosphere inspired by boutique hotel design.
